All service bookings are subject to availability. Payments for services must be made as per the invoice terms provided at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for certain services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Service Satisfaction

We strive to exceed your expectations with our services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly. We may require photographic evidence to process any claims.

6. Use of Chemicals

Green’s Power & Pressure Wash uses industry-standard chemicals and cleaning solutions that are safe for your property, plants, and pets. However, we recommend that you inform us of any specific concerns or sensitive areas on your property prior to service commencement.

7. Liability

While we take great care to provide safe and effective services, Green’s Power & Pressure Wash shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Customers are advised to secure any delicate items and to inform us of any pre-existing damage to property.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Green’s Power & Pressure Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to customers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Richland County, South Carolina.
